This hotel was nice in every respect, had exceptional staff in-the receptionist. The room was beautifully designed and new-fashioned with free WiFi and a nice view, for instance, and all other comforts. Overall great location for what I needed. Went to Tequila Joe's for drink or two, set not very far from the venue.

This NICE budget hotel had nice views. The location was exceptionally nice, to central WN areas, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was not far from easy to get back on motorway to leave, Te Papa museum, and motorways.

The location was particularly good and handy, within walking distance of restaurants and a stadium. The studio suite was newly remodelled, included a shower and a bathtub...

the location is fantastic, just a short walk from Cuba Street and Te Papa museum, which makes exploring the city super convenient, and I found it easy to grab a late-night bite in Newtown after a busy day soaking in the sights.

Location
Being on a ground floor room, the constant stomping noice from the room above

Very tidy and clean, had everthing we needed. Chosen as it had two levels, not a high rise building ( we're from Christchurch)
We were in room 2 below the noisiest people above. Footsteps, creaking floor (from the footsteps) cupboards closing, one person had the longest piddle in the world and I got to hear the lady having a nightmare. If we we're to stay again it would be to stay on the top floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to everything I needed. The room was well laid out with the bed shielded from the traffic noise of the main road.
I couldn't find how to alter the water pressure of the shower. Minor thing though.

The room was clean and spacious. I experienced issues with the WiFi connectivity and a lack of hot water at times. The amenities were decent, but some areas could benefit from updates and improvements.

The managers were very accommodating and helpful. The room was very warm, comfortable and quiet. It's proximity to town was great as we were able to walk to get what we needed. Great service and I would recommend this to others without hesitation.
